Stay at Saluda Lake Landing in this unique lakefront property getaway that has a house, cafe, boat ramp, and dock. Perfect for fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding and more. Once home, relax and cook the days catch indoors and out. This property is partially public as we do get other customers for the cafe, dock, and boat ramp.

Roll up to the huge parking lot with all the water toys you can fit! If fishing is your jam, bring all that to the bass and catfish that await you.
People watching can be your thing as people pass through. They will be doing much of the same you will do…so maybe make a friend or two? We have customers who come to fish, launch from our boat ramp, and soak in the fresh lake air during daylight hours.
Our private neighborhood boat ramp accommodates pontoon, flat bottom fishing crafts, kayaks, canoes and paddle boards.
Launch/fishing fees are included in your stay as well as a discount on your kayak/paddle board rentals.
Pets may be allowed only if the pet(s) has been approved by the Host. This is AFTER the guests submits or expresses to the Host their plan on how the pets will be taken care of while in the listing including pet size, age, and breed along with how often the pet will be left alone.
Guests have acces to all areas of the house except for 2 maid closets in the bathroom.

Saluda Haven Haus is located right off White Horse Road about 10 minutes from Downtown Greenville. This is the ultimate location for quiet with the house being at the end of the road on Saluda Lake. The property has 6 boat slips and a boat ramp that is free to use as a rental guest.
It is highly recommended that you have your own form of transportation as most things are in driving distance
