1594 Lagoon Villas is a wonderfully comfortable, light filled property and we have filled it with every amenity we appreciate when we vacation. This one-level villa feels like home with light and airy spaces, and 3 larger bedrooms, each with ensuite bath.
The superb South Beach location (literally steps to all things Salty Dog AND the BEACH!) and comfort of this villa make it a fabulous new addition to our portfolio in 2021. We've just installed lots of new furnishings and all new smart TV's and offer high speed WiFi with secure connection.
This villa boasts an exceptionally well outfitted kitchen with breakfast area, plus a roomy dining room with seating for 6.
The stylish and comfortable living area features a 65" Samsung TV with expanded digital channel selection. Each BESTNEST features a premium Bluetooth speaker for easy playing of our specially curated BESTNEST Spotify playlists or your own favorites.
Three bedrooms (2 Kings, 1 Queen) each boast the comfiest bed linens we could find, with fluffy pillows as well as all digital TV and Netflix. The bathrooms are well lit and sparkling clean. Big closets and a full laundry room complete the special interior features of the villa. Bonus: Super convenient parking right at the front door!
PAYMENTS: 50% due upon booking. Full amount due at 60 days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.
CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 61 days prior to arrival. At 60 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.
HOW FAR TO BEACH: Approximately 1/4 mile or about 5-6 minutes easy walk.
POOL: In 2024 the South Beach pool is being renovated, and therefore not usable/open. Luckily, the ocean is so very close!
PETS: We welcome your well-behaved dog (small to medium sized) for $350 per dog. Regrettably, Labradors and other oily coated breeds are not allowed. Dogs are never allowed on furniture or beds (or their human will have to pay a fine), and must be crated when left alone.
No pets in your party? No problem as there is NO pet evidence in this property.
WHAT’S INCLUDED: Your property will come stocked with all of the household amenities you will need for the duration of your stay, including trash bags, dish soaps, perfume free laundry products, paper towels, bath tissues, hand and bar soaps, even coffee supplies. We also stock beach toys, beach chairs and umbrellas. All you have to do is come and enjoy.
