Positive: Parking right next to the stairwell, a beautiful view of the beach while having your morning coffee, a great location with a market directly under the building, a lovely Albanian neighborhood where you can really feel like a local, and on the floor where the apartment is located, there is a nicely designed stairwell in an impressive style.
