Positive: The view is very beautiful. The apartment is surrounded by greenery and open space, which makes the setting very peaceful and relaxing. We really appreciated the concept and design of the apartment.

Negative: Not everything was as it seemed. While the apartment looks modern and new, the materials feel quite cheap and the windows are very thin, with poor insulation and little space in the bathroom. On windy days it was very noisy and cold inside, and on sunny days it became extremely hot. There is no air conditioning or heating. There were some important missing essentials: no bedside lamps, no hot water (which was the biggest issue), and the shower area looks unfinished. The listing mentioned a washing machine, but there wasn’t one, the owner mentioned he will adjust it. Communication about check-in and payments was also not very clear from the beginning. Considering we paid $145 per night, we felt the quality-price ratio was quite low compared to other places we stayed at in Costa Rica.
