Positive: The staff at Elessa were exceptional. Maria at the front desk was incredibly attentive from the moment we booked our stay up until we left. Our server at the restaurant was incredibly timely, kind, and attentive. He remembered how we took out coffee each day! All around a fantastic get-away. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to get away and relax in a beautiful area.

Negative: My only suggestion would be to have more water available in the room.

Summary: Our stay at Elessa was the highlight of our vacation. Thank you for being so accommodating.
