This beautiful Florida home has 4 bedrooms total and one couch that opens to a bed, making a total of 8 sleeping spots. There is a Queen bed and a couch bed in the main floor apartment. On the first upper floor, there is the bunk bed room which has 2 bunks as Singles over Queens, and on the top level, there are two bedrooms each with a king-sized bed.
There are two defined spaces in one building, all included in your stay for your group only! The ground floor has a single bedroom with a Queen bed, a living room with a couch that opens to a double bed, a 4 piece bathroom, and a fully stocked kitchen with appliances. It is a great space for someone in the family who finds the stairs more difficult, or for part of the family to be in their own private area. This lower apartment opens onto a back porch and yard, with a gate to the pool area (this gate is locked by security at night). The backyard is great for a BBQ or relaxing in a shaded & sandy oasis. There is direct access to the 12,000 sq ft. Seacrest lagoon pool, surrounded by palm trees and lounge chairs. The pool has many different depths to make sure that each member of your family has the most fun possible.
The upstairs space has 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are master suites located on the very top floor, each with a king-sized bed and en-suite bathrooms. The master suite has a shower, a Jacuzzi tub and a large walk-in closet space that has been furnished with a crib and changing table for families with young children. This suite opens to a balcony that overlooks the backyard and pool area. There is one more bedroom, located on the second level (where the kitchen and living room also are). This bedroom has two queen-sized bunk beds with singles on the top. The upper-level kitchen has updated appliances including a full stove/oven, a large refrigerator, and a dishwasher. There is also a washer and dryer for your use.
The beach is only a 5-minute walk away, but if you prefer to take the complimentary tram, the tram stop is just 2 houses down the road. There are bicycles included in your stay, which are $65 a day to rent at the nearby rental spot so we will save you this cost by including the bikes complimentary! And there are plenty of beach toys, chairs, and beach towels!
After spending the day in the sun you can relax in front of the large flat-screen television upstairs or play a game of air hockey in the games room/ garage space downstairs. For a bit of nightlife, restaurants and some boutique bars are a quick walk down the road.
Please note golf carts are unfortunately not permitted.
There’s a free trolly to the beach (or a short walk, it’s about 5 minutes). We have a wagon you can use for supplies. The pool is just outside the back gate and opens during sunlight hours (it is not heated). Guests have the entire house, the upper levels and the ground level all to themselves.
The pool space is shared with all other guests/residents. You may have to get up early to reserve some chairs!
We offer bicycles complimentary but we can't always be sure they are not needing a little maintenance. We do our best to take care of them wherever we go (every few months) but sometimes some things happen.
