- Common quiet hours are from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. and after 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. (no loud noises during these hours).

- Please confirm the number of guests, to ensure bedding is provided for extra people. If we find more people in the listing than in the reservation, they will be removed from the property and charged to your reservation for each additional person according to the commission per additional person. - Please note that children (age 2 and above) count as guests and must be added to your booking. - Departure is at 11:00 am. Only if agreed and when availability allows, a later departure can be arranged for a fee. If we find you at the apartment after the departure time, you will be charged the daily rate.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. If we find you are smoking within a penalty of €100 will be charged to your booking.

- Packages or mail cannot be sent to the apartment
