This beautiful holiday accommodation comprises the entire left side of Villa Annabell on the ground floor and is located on a 3500 m² estate in Agios Spiridon, on the north-eastern tip of Corfu. The accommodation has a spacious room with a double bed, kitchenette, TV, air conditioning and underfloor heating, bathroom, terrace and private access to the pool. It offers sea and pool views as well as a panoramic view of the idyllic landscape. The villa is set in the middle of a large, perfectly maintained estate with olive and lemon trees, cypresses and palm trees, about 5 km from the larger tourist resorts of Acharavi and Kassiopi. It has a completely separate entrance and can accommodate up to 3 people. On request, it is possible to add an extra bed to the studio.
Towels, kitchen towels, deck chairs, parasols on the terrace and pool terrace, and private parking are available.
The two sandy beaches of Agios Spiridon, just 10 minutes’ walk away, slope gently into the sea and are especially suitable for children. Also within walking distance are a supermarket, a travel agency with car rental, various tavernas, horse riding, a small snorkelling
paradise and the unique nature reserve. Picturesque footpaths and hiking trails are close nearby.
