Negative: There is on recepcion, you have to pay at a local caffe. The bartender did not speak English. They do not accept credit cards, you have to pay in cash. I paid in EURO, but the change was in LEK. I tried asking for a receipt, but it was obvious that it is gonig to be impossible,
