The lot is situated across from Crystal Lake and backs up to the Currituck Banks Maritime Forest for ultimate seclusion and privacy. You'll be just half a mile from the wide and pristine 4x4 beaches where you can spend the day among Corolla's wild horses. After a day of sun, sand and surf, come home and splash in the private pool or take a relaxing soak in the hot tub. Inside, the main living area offers plenty of comfortable seating plus an open-concept layout for quality time spent with loved ones. Vaulted ceilings and a soothing color palette create a bright, coastal-inspired space with abundant natural light. The great room also features a cozy electric fireplace and access to the charming front porch. The chef in the family will appreciate the well-equipped kitchen with gorgeous granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and an island with bar seating. Stylish LVP flooring runs throughout the entire home, including the bedrooms. At the end of the night, retreat to the spacious primary suite with access to a private sun deck and a spa-like bath with custom-tiled shower.
