The entire cabin and dock is exclusively yours to use and enjoy! We use a smart lock on the front door, with each guest provided a unique code that is active only during the time of the reservation.
OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
-No Pets, Smoking, Vaping, Drugs or Parties.
-Guests are required to sign our rental agreement.
-The Security Deposit is automatically released after checkout unless damages or violations occur.
-All guests must be 35+, with the exception of children with their parents. No youth events or fraternity parties.
-The renting guest must be at least 35 years old.
-Maximum of 8 adults, total 10 people.
-No parties or events.
-There are outdoor cameras in place for our protection, but no indoor cameras.
-No Smoking (or vaping) anywhere on the property. Smoking fines begin at $1500 per day.
-No Animals of Any Sort Anywhere on the Property. Animal fines begin at $1500 per day per animal.
-Fires are only allowed in the stone fireplace on the main floor and in the fire pit on the Adirondack chair, fire pit level. No candles or incense.
-Please remember you are visiting a lake. You may see wildlife and occasionally bugs. We have a professional pest treatment service, but that only reduces the amount of pests you may see. Please do not feed the wildlife!
