The trendy dining room seats six with leather backed chairs and the breakfast bar seats with leather backed matching bar stools. If you like to cook the kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and modern pendant lighting. The kitchen is stocked with all the utensils, dishes and pots and pans you may need to bring out your inner chef. Early in the morning use the coffeemaker to make your morning cup of coffee and enjoy it out on the patio with a table with 6 comfortable chairs and take in the awesome lake views.
At the end of the day sink into the Master bedroom’s brand new King bed with a posh luxury cotton comforter with lots of pillows. A new large 6 drawer dresser with mirror and a large walk in closet assures plenty of storage. The en-suite bathroom has been stylishly updated with a travertine stone tile floors. An awesome brand new travertine walk-in shower with great water pressure and an extra hand shower with seamless glass doors is heaven. This shower has replaced the previous cumbersome and difficult to get into tub most of the condos have. Instead enjoy the new seamless glass door spa like travertine shower. The master bathroom vanity has been replaced with a raised one with new gorgeous granite with double sinks. It has 3 useable drawers and 2 cabinets for your personal items. The large walk-in closet is adjacent to the vanity.
Each of the 3 bedrooms has a luggage rack for easy unpacking. The second guest bath has a new granite countertop and a full tiled shower that replaced a white tiled fiberglass bottom antiquated shower other condos have. The guest bathroom has great water pressure. Both guest bedrooms have new furnishings, brand new queen beds and new HD flat screen TV’s. While we understand many people like to bring their own boat to Lake Norman, this condo does not include a boat slip. The condo is located 1 mile from Freedom Boat Club, which requires a membership.
Swimming pool is on the property for your enjoyment. If for some reason the pool is closed due to unforeseen circumstances such as maintenance/repair, swimming is allowed off the boardwalk in a designated area in the lake. Life guards are NOT available so swim at your own risk at the pool or in the lake. Lots of wildlife and geese and ducks are by the lake and you can fish off the dock.
A maximum of 8 people are allowed in the condo at one time and a maximum of 6 are allowed overnight. This is strictly enforced.
The condo has a security system in place which is active when the unit is not rented. The renters will not need to utilize it during their stay. Front door has a video monitoring security camera which monitors all activity at the exterior of the unit. There are NO security cameras inside the unit.
