Positive: Air conditioner Comfortable bed Spacious room

Negative: Dirty bathroom Indifferent staff. They did not clean my room during the 6 day stay (I asked them to clean only once midway. They promised but did not carry on with their promise). Very loud mini bar (I switched it off). People smoked in the lobby with the doors shut and the air conditioning switched on. Weak WiFi and sometimes the net does not connect at all for a few minutes. They praise their so-called restaurant which is a kitchen where they make meals (it is not officially a restaurant. There is no sign showing it as a restaurant and nobody ever came from outside the hotel to dine there as I clearly saw from the empty parking area next to the kitchen). Previous guests warned they paid a hefty 40 Euros (in local currency) per person for a mediocre breakfast which is probably true as they didn't announce the cost of breakfast but only encouraged guests to eat it (I avoided and never ate anything there).

Summary: No hospitality. I was happy to leave.
