Newly completed pool house cottage with seasonal access to pool outside your front door. Open concept design with lots of natural light through front French doors. Sleeping options include a queen bed in the bedroom and a convertable couch bed (double bed sized) in the living room. The kitchen area includes full size refrigerator and stove/oven with variety of cooking gear. Bathroom includes a walk in shower. TV is available in the living room area and a variety of board games are stored in the living room ottoman. Fenced pool area for added privacy. Cottage is conveniently located in central Tricities with 15-20 minute access to Bristol, Kingsport and Johnson City.
The pool house is colocated on property manager's main residence property. The house is located directly adjacent to the pool deck and the pool is available for use depending on the time of year (please check with management regarding pool availability prior to reservation). Parking is located close by at the right rear of the main residence (follow driveway on the right to lower parking area) and accessing the fenced pool area requires a short (40 yard) walk through the grass.
Regarding the pool, we are happy to have our guests share the pool with a small number of friends/family (6 or less total). We are not interested in providing a space for events at this time. Also, we have only a single space for parking so we encourage our guests to pick up and drop off their guests to maintain use of the single parking space.
