You’ll be greeted by a large, flat yard spanning your own peninsula on the lake, making it easy for everyone to enjoy the outdoors—whether it’s kids running around; friends lounging in the sun; a few games of cornhole; or picnics under the open sky. Just steps away, the large private dock invites you to lounge, swim, float, fish, and tie up smaller boats and jet skis in 4–5 feet of clear water. (water levels fluctuate daily, and are out of our control) Or, just unwind in front of the 75" TV on the dock while the lake sparkles around you or gather for meals at the dockside dining table.
