This beautifully updated 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhome has a uniquely spacious patio overlooking the marsh and marina.
The living area features comfortable leather furniture, new LVP flooring, a Smart TV and access to the patio area. The patio has multiple seating areas, including lounge chairs and dining tables. Inside, you'll also find the dining area with seating for 6, a bar area and a renovated kitchen with stainless appliances, granite counters and a Keurig coffee maker.
Up the stairs, you'll find the bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV and a private balcony overlooking the patio and water beyond. This room has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
The guest bedroom has a king bed, twin bunks and a Smart TV. This room has access to a hall bathroom walk a large walk-in shower.
Schooner Court is located in Harbour Town Marina, and guests are just mere steps away from the expansive playground, shops, dining, water sports options and, of course, the famed Harbour Town Lighthouse and golf course.
