Nestled on a western-facing mountainside in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains at an altitude of 3,500 feet, this beautiful & comfortable vacation home recently completed a year long renovation and presents you with breathtaking views and spectacular sunsets. The wooded property is private and secluded, with all the modern comforts including smart TVs and fast internet, but is also close to activities you can enjoy during your mountain getaway. Black Mountain's charming shops & restaurants are just a 15-minute drive away and it is an easy 25-minutes to the center of downtown Asheville and the Biltmore Estate. Experience the scenic Blue Ridge Parkway just 15-minutes away leading to fabulous hiking trails. The many attractions of Lake Lure & Chimney Rock are a pleasant 30-minute drive away. Our 3-level home provides you with three bedrooms, two baths, and a big, open living/dining room area featuring a large native stone gas fireplace. The modern kitchen is well stocked with cooking and serving ware. The lower level contains a fun den & game room with large smart TV, and electric fireplace. An outdoor hot tub & shower with a spectacular view is on the deck just off this room. The washer and dryer are also on this level in a separate service area behind a "secret" bookcase door. Outside you will find dining areas, a gas fired grille, a large hammock for napping, and three levels of decks including a private one just off the primary bedroom, each deck providing spectacular mountain views!
