2. Please list all guests included in the reservation upon time of booking. Any additional visitors must be approved in advance by host. Unapproved guests are subject to a $50 fee per person and/or immediate cancellation of remainder of reservation without refund.
3. Events, weddings, and parties are strictly prohibited. Good communication is key.
4.SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. If we find evidence of smoking/vaping, we will have to invoice you for hiring a smoke remediation company to get rid of the smell for our next guest. Smoking Fee is $250. Please note a smoke detector is inside to detect smoking.
5. Check out is at 11 AM. Unapproved late checkouts will be subject to a $50 fee.
6. Please make sure to remove makeup before going to beds. Don’t use towels for makeup removal. Makeup stains are very difficult to clean, and we will charge for makeup-stained sheets and towels.
7. Please do not flush tampons and/or wipes in the toilet. Please ensure use the waste basket provided.
8. Please do not put food and/or grease in the kitchen sink. There is a $300 charge if the sink or toilet becomes clogged and we have to send a plumber.
9.Using the address for any type of shipments, is prohibited.
