New luxurious appartment with 3 bedrooms, two with queen size beds and en suite marbled bathroom and one more room with a normal bed plus a sofa turning to smaller 'maids'room for laundry and baggage with a wc. A large marbled living room with fireplace and 52 inches smart internet tv. A dinning room and a kitchen fully equipped. three bathrooms with all the necessities provided. A beautiful garden for kids to play, sunbathing , barbeque , or a quiet drink next to glyfada beach. Guest access: Quiet neighborhood next to Glyfada beach. Transportation by tram opposite the street, to Glyfada center just 4 minutes away and Athens center or Pireus port 40 minutes away. Glyfada beach is located opposite the main street a 4 minutes walk. Airport transportor any other transport is available upon demand at an additional cost.
