The nearby resort of Tsilivi, with its beaches, shops, bars and restaurants, is only a few minutes’ drive away, and Zakynthos town itself is 15 minutes by car.
The villa has air-conditioning throughout and offers a fully equipped kitchen, with comfortable open plan dining and living areas overlooking the swimming pool. There are two double bedrooms and one twin room, all with fitted wardrobes and private en-suite facilities.
Outside there are large fully-enclosed and landscaped gardens, with a spacious balcony and the pool area, and including a built-in barbecue and patio furniture perfect for al fresco dining.
The villa also has an iron, ironing board, hair dryer and safe. Towels and linen are provided.
In addition to the many beaches and swimming in the famously warm, clear waters of the Ionian Sea, local attractions on Zakynthos include Smugglers’ Wreck and the Blue Caves. There are various other activities available including horse-riding, fishing, water sports, or just walking through the local olive groves. Further afield, there is the neighbouring island of Kefalonia, or trips to Olympia, site of the original Olympic Games, and even Athens.
