This 2 story lake house is a Large Group Vacationers Dream featuring 6 Bedrooms and 6 Bathrooms (each Bedroom has its own bathroom), 2 full length 48 foot wide covered decks (1,000 additional sq ft of living and play space), complete with tables, chairs, BBQ and flat top grills, porch swing, ping pong table and hot tub.
MAIN FLOOR
The entry welcomes you to the living room with vaulted ceilings, luxury plank flooring, 3 couches, TV, fireplace and plenty of windows to enjoy the views. Large kitchen with granite counters, a wrap around bar with stools, dual stainless steel refrigerators, in-counter ice maker, dual dishwashers, dual ovens, gas stove, complete dishware, cookware, utensils, microwave, dual coffee makers (including Keurigs), everything you need to cook and entertain indoors and out. For dining you’ll have 2, 8-seat dining tables and a large island/bar that seats 6. The full house length covered deck overlooking the lake has a dining table, chairs, a conversation seating area and large gas grill and separate flat top grill. 2 bedrooms: each with its own bath and king bed. No steps or stairs on the main floor means anyone with issues negotiating stairs will be able to join in the fun.
LOWER LEVEL
The lower level is a separate living room/game room with couches, TV, shuffleboard, classic arcade style video game, fully stocked game cabinet with cards, puzzles, board games and a karaoke machine. Walk out to the large covered full deck with views, a porch swing, ping pong table and access to the lighted hot tub with a covering that can be opened or closed for all weather hot tubbing. Below is the large fire pit with seating for 9 or more. This floor also has the Laundry Room with a washer and 2 dryers. 4 bedrooms: one with a queen bed, two bedrooms with queen beds and twin bunks, the fourth bedroom has 2 full bunk beds, one twin with a trundle.
